Kay-Kay's Potato Soup

I've had many requests for the recipe due to my recent Facebook posts, so...
Here it is y'all!!!

1 pkg  -  Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage
1 small onion  -  Diced
1 can  -  Cream of Celery Soup
1 can  -  Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 bag  -  Ore Ida Southern Style Hashbrowns (Frozen)
1 bag -  Mozzarella Cheese
2 cups - Milk

Brown sausage and drain.  Add onion, milk, and hashbrowns.  Simmer for 15 - 20 minutes.  Add both cans of soup and simmer another 20 minutes.  Add cheese and serve. (Save some for topping.)
